Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how VPNGQ handles data when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration subscription service. It applies to account use, order processing, and support communications. Data processing by third-party payment pages and external applications is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Account Data and Purposes

VPNGQ does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is optional. If a user voluntarily provides one in a support conversation, it is used only to handle that request. Do not include sensitive information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.

Account identifiers, authentication data, subscription status, and aggregated traffic usage are used for authentication, access management, and traffic billing. Order records include the plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference information, and are used to verify payments, renewals, refunds, and disputes. Support tickets retain user-submitted content and replies so issues can be followed up.

No-Logs Policy and Operational Data

VPNGQ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through its routes, or store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history. It does not create persistent connection logs for tracing individual browsing activity or retain records linking individuals to connection start and end times or destination addresses.

Temporary session state required to provide a connection is used only while the session is being processed and is released when the session ends. Aggregated traffic used for billing and subscription status do not include destinations. Service-level incident information is used to maintain operations and should not contain user credentials or browsing content. Before submitting diagnostic materials, redact subscription links and authentication information.

Usage Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help understand page views, referral categories, and entry-point clicks so content and workflows can be improved. They are not used to record activity through subscription routes. Page paths, browser categories, and necessary technical access information may be processed for this purpose.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and preserve essential interaction state. Usage analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Users can restrict or clear storage in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again or resetting preferences. On shared devices, log out and clear the login state when finished.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNGQ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties, which may collect payment details, transaction information, and verification materials under their own policies. VPNGQ receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to reconcile orders, and does not ask users to submit payment passwords in support tickets.

Relevant data is shared only to the extent necessary to complete a payment, respond to a user request, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Before visiting a third-party page, users should verify the page and order details and review the provider’s data processing information.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Usage analytics and support materials are kept only for as long as their respective purposes require, then deleted or de-identified. Not all data is retained permanently.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through support tickets. Account control may need to be verified before processing a request. Deletion affects login and subscription use. Transaction records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted, and the reason they cannot be deleted at the same time will be explained.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled accordingly.

If you have questions about this policy or data processing, describe your request in a user panel support ticket. Keep account credentials and subscription links secure, and do not post them on public pages. See the Terms of Service for service use and refund rules.
