Service Scope

VPNGQ provides an international route subscription service for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries / 240+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain clients and subscription details through the panel and use the service according to the traffic allowance and billing method of their selected plan.

The route directory and supported clients may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or compatibility updates. Coverage does not mean every route will be connectable at all times, nor does it guarantee that third-party websites will accept a particular exit. Third-party services determine their own content, accounts, and eligibility requirements.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not post them on public pages or submit them to untrusted tools. If you discover that someone else is using your account, change your credentials promptly and report the issue by ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for the account holder's personal use. This does not authorize resale or providing the service to others. Selling, renting, publicly distributing, or sharing account and subscription credentials is prohibited, as is repackaging this service as a commercial access service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. For current prices and traffic allowances, see the pricing page. You can check your plan status in the panel while using the service.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their location and activities, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. You must not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, disrupting network operations, or other unlawful activity.

You must not misuse another person's account, probe or attack service systems, or consume resources through malicious automated requests in a way that affects other users' connections. Network connectivity does not constitute permission for any particular use. Users are responsible for their own actions and published content.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, target platform policies, and device configuration. VPNGQ does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connections, or continuous access to any particular platform. Maintenance and troubleshooting may require some routes to be suspended or replaced.

If you encounter an issue, keep the error message and provide relevant device and connection details through a ticket. Do not submit your password or a complete subscription link. Keep your own work files backed up and assess the impact of connection interruptions on your activities.

Liability for effects caused by force majeure, third-party network issues, or user configuration errors will be determined under applicable law. This section does not waive any liability VPNGQ has under the law or limit users' right to seek legal remedies.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. Submit your refund request through a user panel ticket and include the relevant order details so the payment and processing status can be verified. You do not need to explain your experience or provide proof of a fault.

Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Check your selected plan and amount before paying. Refund updates and any requests for additional information will be communicated through the ticket. Do not submit payment passwords or unrelated credentials in a ticket. Requests made after the period above will be handled according to applicable law and the circumstances.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For conduct that violates these terms, including unlawful use, resale or sharing, credential misuse, or attacks on the service, VPNGQ may suspend the relevant connection or terminate account access based on the risk. In the event of an urgent security risk, protective measures may be taken first. Users may submit an objection and provide further information by ticket.

When service rules change, the updated terms and revision month will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish rights already acquired under the law.
