Plans and data packages
Choose a monthly plan for regular use, or a data package for occasional use.
Compare the billing model first, then choose your data allowance.

These figures show data allowances, not speed tiers. First consider how regularly you'll use the service, then estimate how much data you need.
Monthly plans: for regular use
If visiting international websites is part of your routine, a monthly plan can make it easier to manage your spending. Data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Account for usage across your computer, tablet, and other devices, especially video streaming, file downloads, and background syncing.
60GB Monthly Plan
Billed monthly · Resets on activation date
¥9.9 /month
A good fit for browsing, research, and text-based communication. Consider your everyday tasks to decide whether the data allowance is enough; more devices don't automatically mean you need a higher tier. Keep an eye on your remaining data if you often download large files or stream video for long periods. 60GB is a monthly data allowance, not an unlimited plan.
- 60GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 30-day refund policy
250GB Monthly Plan
Billed monthly · Resets on activation date
¥18 /month
For users who need more than research, such as online classes, video streaming, or working across devices. When your usage varies, checking data consumption in the user panel is more reliable than guessing. 250GB gives you a larger monthly allowance, but does not guarantee access to any particular website; test the services you use on the actual route.
- 250GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 30-day refund policy
500GB Monthly Plan
Billed monthly · Resets on activation date
¥28 /month
For users who regularly work with media files, stream frequently, or handle tasks across multiple devices. A larger allowance provides more room for regular use, but it's still worth checking background updates, cloud syncing, and unnecessary downloads. 500GB is also a finite allowance. Actual usage varies with video quality, file sizes, and app behavior, so it can't be translated into a fixed number of hours.
- 500GB per month
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 30-day refund policy
Data packages: for occasional use
Data packages aren't billed by time: use the data at your own pace, and it never expires. They're suitable for periods of concentrated work, travel, or occasional visits to international websites. No monthly reset doesn't mean the data replenishes automatically; your remaining balance goes down as you use it. Choose a package based on total usage, not on when a monthly reset would happen.
300GB Data Package
Use it until it's gone · Never expires
¥158 / 300GB
A good fit if you connect only when needed and your usage is irregular. Set aside data for occasional research or short-term collaboration without planning a monthly allowance for time you won't use the service. The main difference from a monthly plan is how billing works, not the number of devices. If your usage becomes regular, compare monthly plans again to see what suits your habits.
- 300GB total
- Unlimited simultaneous devices
- 30-day refund policy
1000GB Data Package
Use it until it's gone · Never expires
¥358 / 1000GB
A good fit if your usage varies from month to month but individual projects may involve substantial data transfers. Plan your total usage around each project; the package won't expire during quieter periods. Even a larger package has a data limit: never expires doesn't mean unlimited. Consider your usage pattern, not just the total allowance, when choosing a package.
- 1000GB total
- Unlimited simultaneous devices

3000GB Data Package
Use it until it's gone · Never expires
¥658 / 3000GB
A good fit if you understand your data habits and want to plan around a total allowance. Review usage from recent tasks before deciding whether you need more capacity. A larger package isn't automatically the right choice just because it includes more data. If your needs are steady each month, compare monthly plans too, focusing on the billing model as well as the allowance.

Allowances and billing models vary, but these service details are the same across plans.
Routes and devices
- 90+ countries / 240+ routes. Get your subscription from the user panel and choose a location based on your needs. See the route list for options; geographic distance alone doesn't determine your experience.
- Unlimited simultaneous devices. Plans aren't tiered by device count. When using multiple devices at once, keep an eye on your data allowance and each app's usage.
- Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Find client downloads in the user panel. Sign in for platform-specific instructions, and keep your subscription credentials on your own devices.
Account and usage support
- Anonymous service with no logs. No email address required; activate with a username and password. See our Privacy Policy for details on account information, order data, and subscription credentials.
- 30-day refund policy. Read the Terms of Service before paying and keep your order details. To request a refund, open a support ticket in the panel and specify the relevant order.
- Guides and support tickets. Follow the Getting Started Guide to import your subscription and check the connection. If you run into an issue, use a support ticket to share your system, client, and the error you see. Don't post your full subscription link publicly.
Access to streaming services and AI tools also depends on each platform's regional rules, account status, and your current exit route. Plan data doesn't include third-party memberships or guarantee access to specific content. Read our streaming guide and AI guide to learn how to check access, then decide what fits your needs.

How to compare plans for your needs
Consider how regularly you'll use the service separately from how much data you'll consume. If you need to connect every day, start by comparing monthly plans. If your usage is tied to specific tasks or trips, consider a data package. Text searches, video streaming, and large file transfers use data differently; the number of days you connect alone isn't enough to estimate usage accurately, and total data can't be converted into a fixed number of viewing hours.
If you're unsure, track your actual data usage before deciding whether to change plans. There's no need to choose a higher tier just because you have more devices: every plan supports unlimited simultaneous devices. What matters is your combined usage. For help with connections, checking your exit route, and routine maintenance, read the complete guide so you don't mistake a client setup issue for a plan limit.
Payment options and order checks
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Pay through the user panel.
- Confirm your account and billing option. Open the user panel from a plan card, check your account, then choose a monthly plan or data package. No email address required. After activating with a username and password, keep your login details safe so you can find the relevant order later.
- Review your order before paying. Check the plan name, data allowance, and total, then choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. For USDT payments, follow the network, recipient details, and amount shown at checkout. Don't convert the amount yourself or reuse details from an earlier order.
- Check the result on the order page. After paying, return to the user panel and check the order status and plan details. If the payment hasn't appeared yet, check the existing order first; repeated clicks could result in duplicate payments. If you need help, open a support ticket with your order details and payment information.
- Get your subscription and check the connection. Find your subscription and client options in the panel, then follow the instructions for your platform. Confirm the client connects, then check whether the app you want to use is going through your chosen route. Don't share your full subscription link in public screenshots or with others.
30-day money-back guarantee
Review the terms before paying, and include the right order details if you request a refund.
Request a refund through a panel ticket
VPNGQ offers a 30-day refund policy. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and specify the order and your request. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. This page explains plans and billing; it doesn't add refund conditions or promise a processing time.
Before submitting a request, check that the order name, payment status, and account match. Include any relevant payment details, but hide unrelated personal information. Never send your password or full subscription credentials in a ticket. Use the same ticket to follow up on your refund request and its progress, keeping the discussion tied to the right order.
If your issue is with the connection or client settings, you can also describe it in a support ticket: your platform, selected location, whether the app connects, and any error message. Keep troubleshooting details separate from a refund request. If you want a refund, say so directly; there's no need to guess that a plan limit caused the connection issue.

Compare prices, devices, payment options, and data rules in one place.
How much do VPNGQ plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. Data packages last until used and never expire.
How many devices can use one account at the same time?
Unlimited simultaneous devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so consider the combined usage across all your devices when choosing a plan.
What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
30-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and specify the order you want reviewed. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. Track your request through the ticket.
What payment methods are supported?
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Confirm your plan and order total in the user panel, choose a payment method, and follow the checkout instructions. Then return to the order page to check the payment status.
When does monthly data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the order details in the user panel before confirming; don't calculate the amount due by simply subtracting the old plan price from the new one.
Do data packages have an expiration date?
Data packages last until used and never expire. They don't reset monthly or accrue time-based charges, making them a good fit for people with irregular usage who want to plan cross-border access around their remaining data.
